Dr. Caroline Fleck is a licensed psychologist, founder and Clinical Director of Luma (formerly Wellspring Psychological Services), and an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Stanford University. She brings her expertise to the corporate sector by designing and implementing custom training programs for Fortune 500 companies, and providing “executive coaching on steroids,” as one client affectionately termed it, to industry leaders. She also serves as a Health Technical Consultant to mental health startups and life science companies.
Dr. Fleck received a B.A. in psychology and English from the University of Michigan, followed by an M.A. and Ph.D from the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke University where she trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Her doctoral research focused on mindfulness-based treatments, and she worked extensively with Duke Integrative Medicine in studying the cognitive and neurological effects of mindfulness meditation. Dr. Fleck completed her clinical residency at the VA Puget Sound, and trained as a postdoctoral clinical fellow at the Evidence-Based Treatment Center of Seattle.

She is an expert in various evidence-based treatments for adults, adolescents, and couples and is committed to providing scientifically proven interventions to achieve measurable improvements in the problems her clients target in therapy.
